- If you have not received your order within 30 days and have not received a seizure notification letter, please contact us and our team will investigate further.
If a customer receives defective or inaccurate goods, our organization will replace them as soon as possible once we receive photographic evidence from you of all the packing labels and contents of the package. If this isn’t possible, we’ll give you your money back in full.
If customs seize your products, we can only redeliver them after you scan the seizure notice and any supporting documentation and email them to us via the ShopAnabolics.biz Contact Us page.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
- If you need to cancel a purchase, you must do so within 12 hours after receiving payment. You must request your order cancellation by sending an email to [email protected] with your purchase number, name, and postal address. After 12 hours, your order will be packed and ready to dispatch.
OUR ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

DELIVERIES
- The average delivery time to Australia is 7–20 working days. In rare circumstances, your goods may be delayed in transit; please notify us so that we may assist you in tracking down your order. If you have not received your delivery within 30 days and have not received a seizure letter from customs, please contact us so that we can reimburse you, or replace your items for free.
- Except during weekends and holidays, all items are released for delivery within 1-3 days after payment is received. If your order is split into two or more packages, each package is sent out one at a time a day apart which means they may arrive a few days apart. This helps to reduce the chances of your package raising suspicion at customs control and being inspected. To avoid fraud and protect our loyal clients, we only deliver by conventional airmail (courier deliveries are not offered).
- The packages are sent through registered regular airmail and must be signed upon arrival. Please notify us by submitting a ticket with your order number if your items do not arrive within a reasonable length of time. Kindly provide your name, delivery address, and approximate order date if you are unable to provide your order number. We’ll do our best to track down the order and figure out what’s going on as quickly as possible.
